At the time of her death she had in her possession 750 Guineas, 201. in Silver, and security for 1000l. the accumulated produce of her earning, which, for safety, were concealed under a flag in her kitchen. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;On Friday the 20th ult. at a very advanced age, the Rev. Anthony Lund, Catholic Priest, at Farnthalgh, near Preston.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;On Tuesday the 24th ult. Mr Robert Horridge, watchmaker, aged 35.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;On Wednesday the 25th ult. in the 88th year of his age, Mr Joshua Eddowes, of Shrewsbury, book-seller and printer. Same day, at Lancaster, in the 98th year of his age, Mr Thomas Rowlinson, formerly of Langthwaite.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;On Thursday the 26 ult. aged 73, Mr Thomas. Dowbiggin, of Lancaster, cabinet-maker. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;On Saturday last, Mr. Thomas. Bibby, Parliament-street, aged 67. Same day, aged 79, Mrs. Elizaberth Phillips, Upper Birket-street, St. Anne’s. Friday 19th June 1868.&lt;br /&gt;-----------------------------------------------------------------&lt;br /&gt;The Lady Doctor, who has been established in Lancashire during the past six years, has recently effected some remarkable cures in Liverpool, many of which have been published by the parties themselves, who, with becoming gratitude, are happy to be referred to. A few names are appended :- &lt;br /&gt;Dropsy – Mrs. Skelhorne of the Stamford Arms, Warrington, was an immense size with dropsy, quite helpless, Cured in two months.&lt;br /&gt;Bad Leg Cured – Mr. Ball, 75, Hamilton Road, Everton, afflicted 36 years, and almost despaired of a cure, had a wound as large as his hand eating into the skin. Thoroughly cured in twelve weeks. &lt;br /&gt;Indigestion – Mr. Melling, 234, Falkner Street, was restored from the pains and troubles of indigestion in size weeks ; also Mr. Roberts, ages 60, No. 11, Mountjoy Street, Everton. &lt;br /&gt;Cancer – Mrs J. Millington, of Antrobus near Northwich, had a cancer under the chin eleven years, which was entirely removed, without cutting or burning, in 12 weeks.&lt;br /&gt;Circulars containing many other, and advice if required sent for one stamp. Medicine forwarded to all parts of the country. Consultations every Monday, Tuesday.
